First
in the
family.

First Gen Development was founded by a first-generation college graduate whose opportunities were made possible by his parents’ sacrifices.

With a background in web design and IT, he built this business to help others move forward online, and to show people from underrepresented backgrounds there is a place for them in tech.

That story shapes how we work: with gratitude, patience, transparency, and respect for what it takes to build a business. We want clients to feel as comfortable talking with us as they would with someone they trust.
